This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our store.
1. Return Policy (14-Day Return Window)
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:
- In the same condition in which they were received
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return process, please contact us at info@ralphempire.com. Do not forget to include the order number.
If your return request is approved, we will:
- Issue a return shipping label
- Provide detailed instructions on where to send your package
Items returned without an approved return request will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Cost Policy (Customer Covers 70%)
For standard returns (reason other than damage, defect, or incorrect item)
- The customer is responsible for 70% of the return shipping cost.
- This amount will be deducted directly from the refund.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately at info@ralphempire.com if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue promptly and take appropriate corrective action.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:
- Return the item you have (following the standard return procedure).
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this period, you may cancel or return your order for any reason and without justification.
Items must still meet the standard return eligibility criteria (unworn, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the applicable 70% return-shipping cost deduction (if applicable).
Please note:
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
