Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, including Germany, all EU countries, and international destinations.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take 3–5 business days.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Germany (Domestic Shipping)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

 

European Union (EU)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

 

International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (delivery times may vary due to customs procedures)
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

 

Shipping Fees

  • Germany: Free Standard Shipping on orders over €60.
  • Orders under €60 or shipments to EU/international destinations are calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping is available for an additional fee, shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order’s delivery progress.

 

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

UK Import Duties & VAT Information

We ship orders to the United Kingdom with two different customs handling methods, depending on the value of your order. This is required by DHL and UK customs regulations.

Orders Under €156 / £135 — DAP (Delivered At Place)

For orders with a total product value below €156 / £135, the shipment is processed as DAP. 

This means:

  • Import VAT (typically 20%) may be charged by UK customs

  • These charges must be paid by the customer upon or before delivery

  • We do not collect UK VAT at checkout for orders under this threshold

This process is standard for international shipments below the UK’s low-value threshold.

Orders of €156 / £135 or Above — DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

For orders with a total product value €156 / £135 or higher, we provide DDP shipping.

Under DDP:

  • We (the seller) pay all import VAT and customs duties on your behalf

  • No unexpected charges at the door

  • Delivery is faster because customs clearance is prepaid

  • The price you pay at checkout is final

DDP is automatically applied when your order value meets the required minimum.

Why This Rule Exists

DHL and other carriers require a minimum goods value of €156 to process shipments using DDP.
This threshold ensures that all import duties and taxes can be prepaid by the sender.
Orders below this limit must be handled as DAP by law and carrier policy.
